Good replacement for Facebook Autopost- Drupal 7

First create the rss feed in Drupal. I used views to do it:

my path is:  /news/rss.xml

Next add Symphony app to post for you

1. Log in to Facebook. Type “networkedblogs” into the search bar, then click the “NetworkedBlogs" application. Review and agree to the terms of service for the app.

2. Click “Register a Blog” in the top right corner. Enter the Web address for your website's home page. Click “Next.” NetworkedBlogs will search your home page for the RSS feed and will display this in the next page.

3. Enter the name of the website in the “Blog Name” field. Select the language of your blog in the “Language” menu. Add categories for your website in the three "Topics" fields. Insert a description of the site in the "Description" field.

4. Click “Next," then verify that you are the author of the website. You do not need to be the author of the website to add it to NetworkedBlogs.

5. Click “Syndication” in the top right section of the page. Click “Grant Permissions” to allow the service to post to your Facebook Wall. A pop-up window opens. Read the permissions that you will be granting NetworkedBlogs, then click “Allow.”

6. Click the “Select a Blog” menu and select your website from the drop-down list. A preview is displayed showing what updates will look. The next time you add a new post to your website, it will automatically post to your Facebook Wall as a status update.
