Upping the upload_max_filesize and post_max_size in Liquid Web VPS

You must use their WHM to overwrite any php.ini configurations.

Your WHM is here in your admin panel for the server

Then use the search in WHM to search for PHP Configuration Editor.

Goto to "advance mode" 
Find upload_max_filesize and post_max_size.

add your changes in file size. (Default in 2MB upload and 8MB post)

post_max_size should match or be larger than your upload size.
