We look all over to find the plugin that controlled the "Whitelisted" URLs with no luck.

However, we did find the Oracle table the Whitelisted URL were written to.
So if you add a record to the PLUGIN_CDN_ACCESS table with domain you would like to whitelist, it works too.

In my instance, I was trying to embed a Power App into a custom PowerSchool Page.

Now the embedded Power App works in the iframe. :)
